Having applied to transfer my @PplsPartnership out in Jan 2025, being sent pillar to post with forgotten requests, disinformation, broken promises & it still hasn’t moved I can safely say your customer service stinks. It’s May in a week, any chance you could get this sorted out😡

@PplsPartnership I put in a claim for a withdrawal on 30th January and got a email confirmation that you got the request. Your email said to wait up to 20 business days but when I applied previously it was 7 days. It is now 21 days and still nothing has happened What is happen?
