@PplsPartnership I put in a claim for a withdrawal on 30th January and got a email confirmation that you got the request. Your email said to wait up to 20 business days but when I applied previously it was 7 days. It is now 21 days and still nothing has happened What is happen?
@ThreeUK I am trying to cancel my monthly SIM contract and your live chat is saying your systems are upgrading and they can’t help. I want confirmation that this is the case as why would you upgrade during the day and not overnight. I am concerned this is a procedure to frustrate

Dear @sajidjavid ur department (without announcing) has overnight stopped letting people to transfer upto 9mths of their old passport to their new one.
It risks many renewing late & being sent back on arrival overseas as they've under 6mths left. Pls U-turn.
