@ProBikeKit_Help @ProBikeKit On Tuesday, I heard back from Nikki who told me that this matter will be raised with the Operations Team. I checked my order status again today (Friday) and was disappointed to see no change. The item is listed as being in stock, so why won’t you send it out to me? Please do it!

@ProBikeKit Hi, please, please please stop using Evri to "deliver" your parcels. They said they had my tyres on 9th December. 15 days in their local depot. They said they delivered 8pm on 24th. They didn't. I was in. No photo, no map, no tyres. No response. Not the first time.
