Very disappointed in customer service @ProFormFitness. Our treadmill is 2mos old & isn’t working right. They say 20amp stand alone but manual says 15amp or higher. @ProFormFitness Stand behind your equipment & make it right.

@ProFormFitness I got a recent software update and my treadmill is bricked. Thanks to that useless software and that tablet my machine is unusable. I tried the pin hole reset for days in a row. I need some help please! Software updates quality is as important as the prod quality
