Investigate, prosecute, and hold accountable all individuals and groups involved in violence, incitement, and campaigns. 3. Guarantee the protection, dignity, legal rights andsafety of all African nationals residing and working in South Africa. 4. Launch comprehensive national campaigns against xenophobia. 5.
