It is hard out there right now, there is no reason for there to be any lay-offs, games make billions every year, and every year the pot grows, yet as with everything, it does not really ever reach most developers. 🧵

It is already a freaking nightmare working in games, you never know when you are going to get laid off, even after record-breaking sales. I know so many devs that have quit the industry never to return because it is so toxic. 🧵
