These two openers between Duke/Michigan State and Iowa State/Purdue on the biggest college basketball Saturday of the season to date are another great reminder: nothing beats campus atmospheres. Credit to the coaches for scheduling real home-and-homes. So healthy for the sport.

Duke wins the ACC Tournament over Virginia.
Blue Devils will be the No. 1 overall seed in the east region when the bracket is released tomorrow.
UVA could certainly be a 3, but may end up as a 4. Fantastic season for the Cavs thus far, but Duke is simply elite. National title favorite in my book.

The NCAA Tournament one seeds are all locked up. Arizona beats Houston to win the Big 12 Tournament. St John’s dominates UConn to win the Big East Tournament. Both the Cougars and Huskies were one seed hopefuls, but no dice. That leaves us with: Duke Michigan Arizona Florida
