At the 11th Africa Day of School Feeding in Botswana, #Liberia's Hon. Minister of Education reaffirmed the country’s commitment to School Feeding as a driver of better learning and boosted local economies. The Government will work with @WFP to advance a national HGSF model.

A proud day in Todee! 🇱🇷 @WFP joined the Hon. Minister of Education for the groundbreaking of a Government‑financed school feeding centre at Dein Clan Public School, one of 25 centres being constructed by the Government across the country.

Our new Country Director met with Liberia’s Hon. Minister of Education to discuss expanding School Feeding & advancing the Government’s plan for a National School Feeding Programme. Together, we aim to reach more children with nutritious meals and improved learning opportunities
