Seems fishy, right? She gives these reasons: 1) Projected growth in Medicaid, school funding and property tax rebates 2) Expected new state costs for federal programs 3) Pension penalty payments Meanwhile she’s not saying the biggest reason: ILLEGAL ALIENS who easily cost the state over 3 BILLION alone. But Mikie won’t say this. Total fraud.

This man hired this company to redo the concrete in his back patio area. They agreed on a price and signed a contract. The company was almost done when the customer claimed that they did it wrong, the company then said they would demolish it if he wouldn’t or couldn’t pay. The customer then threatens to call the police if they remove or damage the work already done even though he hasn’t paid them a dime yet. The company at this point has paid for all materials. Since he won’t pay them, are they free to do what they want including demolishing the work they did?
