He also had one on one meetings with NPA Bell and seniors t give them “his perspective” which has been formulated without any insight into the docket of rape.

Let’s talk about the UCT appointed legal team like Jason Fry. He convinced SAPS to give him the rape docket (through a trusted friendship with Cpt Reyneveld) resulting in the suspect having the rape statement, witness evidence and police analysis 3 months prior suspect

Part II: I still regret signing the NDA - I will never be able to prosecute my rapist or get closure. UCT took advantage that I needed to finish my degree. I wrote to the VC, before signing the NDA. She dismissed my appeal and said she could not do anything to help me. #uctrapist

Part I: In 2012, while I was a student at @UCT_news I was raped by a fellow student. I reported it to the faculty and nothing was done. He was allowed to graduate. I was coerced into signing an NDA by UCT's legal team in order to be allowed to complete my degree. #uctrapist
