S8E5: Clipped by @rjbinney
Henri Beauchamp, hairdresser extraordinaire, is honor-bound to investigate the burglary of Grace McCluskeyโs wedding purse. Henri may have a certificate but he needs our help to tease out this whodunnit.

Regardless of your political bent, there's no denying President Carter's impact on world history. And, would you believe, on humor?

@BittrScrptReadr That Eisner Batbook is probably the second-most read literature I have... Second only to "30s to 70s", which I got for my birthday in '73.
I still have a banker's box STUFFED with B89-era Batmania...

@EdgeLord4Lyf I am looking at those two panels. Batman did not shoot that Mutant. He shot AT that Mutant. There's no splatter, there's no wound. "Brakkk" is not "Braka Braka Braka Braka." Mutant may be dead but not cozza gunplay.
lol indeed!
English

I dont understand how people can look at these two panels consequetively, and say Batman didnt kill that Mutant. There's blood splatter, bullet hole behind, he's using a machine gun. The mutant is grayed out. She's dead lol

@DanSlott I can't believe how many times that argument gets made. [Activate Nerd Mode] He *traces* the mutant with bullets, he doesn't kill him [/Nerd Mode] The power of Batman's character exists in his limits; if he breaches those limits, he loses moral authority.

@SamuelHamm @TomAandTom1 And here I thought it was based on Jim Cain's 1934 novel.

Plus, thanks to USAir, I've arrived at PDX so late, so many times, I can attest that it's shampooed pretty frequently.

A month in 3 mins! This is a timelapse of the #Seattle weather highlights of Feb 2023. I had a camera set up to take one photo every minute from Jan 18th to Feb 28th. The whole timelapse is above 30 minutes. So I edited down the Feb portion to just 3 mins of the highlights.
