@RTContact I have an issue with my FIRST subscription on my mobile devices. I can't log back in on my mobile devices, but the TV app and website work just fine. Why is that?

@TheMagickRaven Yeah sorry about the confusion with that. The email address for that message is a no reply email so the "reply to this email" doesn't work.

Sooooo, Rooster Teeth's customer service e-mail no longer works.... and I'm pretty sure they aren't shipping my Bumbleby wallscroll. Nor am I getting a refund. It was only $15.99, but still.... *sigh* 🙄

Got two of my @TheRTStore orders from the last month in yesterday! Only downside was instead of the “Chupathingy” and “I Like Me” shirts, I was sent two “Chupathingy” ones by mistake. No worries though, I have an idea for one of them!

@Ruby_R_Schnee Due to the large amounts of orders being placed, and the company going out of business, we've had to adjust our reward points redemptions to limit them to $5 and $10 discounts, while most of our products are on sale as is. -Rodrigo
