These negotiations are nothing more than a distraction for Israel to continue executing its land grabbing project, uninterrupted, while the world focus on the farcial show in Islamabad. It is pure theater It's the same bunch of psychopaths at play; it is insane to expect a different outcome.

Iranian reporter says Iranians are naturally peaceful. But they regret stopping the fight against Israel. They believe they could have stopped Israel. Brought them down. Brought peace to Palestine and Lebanon.

The US have signed over 300 treaties with Native Americans and violated almost every single one. This is behavior that has persisted for centuries -- in case the last 2 bombings of Iranian delegations slipped anyone's minds. To be completely blunt: they only understand one language and regrettably, it's not diplomacy.

🚨 One of the largest pre-industrial cities on Earth by surface area ran on water. A hydraulic network so advanced it sustained hundreds of thousands of people for six centuries, and modern engineers are still mapping it. Angkor was not just a temple complex. LiDAR surveys and satellite imaging have confirmed it covered at least 1,000 square kilometres of engineered landscape, making it one of the most extensive urban systems of the pre-industrial world. At the heart of it was a water management network of canals, reservoirs, dykes, and distribution channels that captured monsoon rains, stored them, recharged groundwater, irrigated rice fields, and supplied an entire civilisation year-round. 🔹West Baray: 7.8km x 2.1km reservoir 🔹System spanned 1,000+ square kilometres 🔹Canals, dykes, ponds, and barays integrated 🔹Sustained rice harvests through dry seasons 🔹Natural waterways redirected and redistributed The scale is staggering. The West Baray alone measures 7.8 by 2.1 kilometres and held up to 54 million cubic metres of water. It is one of the largest hand-built reservoirs in human history. And it was just one component in a system that included multiple barays, hundreds of kilometres of canals, and an upstream network that redirected natural waterways across the Angkor plain. Khmer engineers designed a three-part system: upstream diversions altered the natural flow of water across the plain, a central network of barays stored and managed supply around the monumental zone, and a downstream distribution system fed the surrounding agricultural land. Water flowed through the network by gravity, requiring no mechanical pumps and no external power source. The system worked for roughly 600 years. A prolonged drought in the 14th century dried the barays, followed by intense monsoon rains that overwhelmed and damaged the infrastructure. Combined with political and regional pressures, the civilisation fragmented shortly after. A gravity-fed hydraulic network that sustained a vast civilisation across a thousand square kilometres for six centuries, with no pumps, no fuel, and no moving parts. Why is Khmer hydraulic engineering not studied alongside Rome and Egypt as one of the great engineering achievements of the ancient world?

Support for Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of Lebanon, according to the most recent available poll (Gallup, September 2025) is 56% approval among the Lebanese population. Approval: 56% Disapproval: 36% This is the most recent and reliable data available. There are no newer public polls from 2026. If more than half of the population supports him, although a significant portion disapproves, let them have what is coming at them. There's no hope for a nation so divided. Even the bombing and destruction has been able to unite them. You can argue it is probably a matter of time before internal division causes a nation to collapse and to cease to exist as such.
