Nice to kick off the first #SaturdayNightSip of the year with a 66% monster. It's thick, gluttonous and full of flavour, a bit like myself.

We had an amazing tour @RademonEstate I loved their Poitín and Rye&Malt Whiskey @WhiskeyLiveDub, so it was interesting to see how this is all made. We were lucky to get greeted by Fiona @LadyofGin and David @lordofgin showed us around. Thank you for spending your time with us.
