We welcomed a really fun group of guests today all the way from Canada to our distillery for a gin tasting and distillery tour, what a great way to start a Sunday. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

The distillers duo …. In our Shortcross Distiller’s Duo we combine our Single Pot Still and Single Malt Irish whiskies together. The malt lends the green orchard fruit & honeyed cereal notes, while the pot still amplifies this giving a rich and full bodied whiskey 🥃

Back in 2020 we set about recreating the mashbill of the lost Connswater distillery in Belfast. And now after 3 years in cask and almost 100 years since it was last distilled we can say Connswater is back. #irishwhiskey #rademon #shortcross #shortcrosswhiskey #connswater

@stubroos Do you have a favourite combination? I go for shortcross gin, campari, and amillo reserva vermouth. It's limitless, combination wise though. Billions of choices I guess.

Drinking negroni's and listening to music while cooking a one pot casserole thing with onions, garlic, tomatoes, spicy sausage, spinach and gnocchi is definitely the way to go. I neither know nor care how it tastes, or even if it's cooked properly. Close 2nd only to a McGonagall
