@JieBai85152 @RiseBharata I do live in an air conditioned room bro. In peak afternoon when the temperature is around 44-45°C outside, my room temperature without AC on is around 33-34°C and when I turn on AC, it reaches 25-26°C.
Also I avoid going out between 11 am to 6 pm.

@Radicalist481 @RiseBharata 如果实在坚持不了的话，就回空调房里呗，也不会说傻傻的坚持不了也在外面待。毕竟现代科技还是改变了很多环境的，我所在的地方海南每年夏天也都达到45℃，但是空调房里依旧很凉爽，平时生活的也很愉快。
