this is true not eating breakfast and directly eating a proper lunch 3-5 hours after waking up is optimal for your body but one of the mistakes people often do is, they skip breakfast and drink coffee/tea in the morning, then have a meal later on. that does a lot of harm. correct way to do it, it Just leave your stomach completely empty and just drink some water, no Black coffee, normal coffee,snacks or absolutely anything. then have a heavy meal with carbs, protein and good fats, in the afternoon. to learn, more search "autophagy" on YouTube and watch the videos.

शहरात फक्त २च रस्ते असे आहेत जिथे चालण्यायोग्य फुटपाथ आहे. चालण्यासाठी नीट जागाच नाही, सायकलिंग ट्रॅक्स नाहीत, अतिक्रमण हटवलं जात नाही. पाणीपुरवठा पूर्णपणे ढासळलेला आहे. दररोज लाखो लिटर पाणी पाइपलाईनमधील गळतीमुळे वाया जाते. पावसाळ्यात असा एकही रस्ता नसतो जो पाण्यात बुडत नाही आणि असा एकही रस्ता नाही जो खड्ड्यांनी भरलेला नसतो. शहराच्या दोन वेगवेगळ्या भागांत दोन फ्लायओव्हर बांधायला त्यांना ६ वर्षे लागतात. धूळ, बांधकामाचा कचरा रस्त्यावरच पडून असतो, कोणीही लक्ष देत नाही. स्मार्ट सिटीचं काय झालं? बिल्डरांना बांधकाम परवाने चिप्ससारखे वाटले जात आहेत. लोकसंख्या अशीच वाढत राहिली तर पाणी कुठून येणार? कोणतंही शहर परिपूर्ण नसतं, त्यात त्रुटी असतात, आणि २०१४ आधी पुण्यात काहीच समस्या नव्हत्या असं नाही... पण परिस्थिती इतकी वाईट नव्हती, तेव्हा जबाबदारी तरी होती. माझा राग यासाठी नाही की ते निवडणुका जिंकतात किंवा फसवणूक करून जिंकतात (माझ्याकडे त्याचा पुरावा नाही ). माझा राग हा आहे की ते प्रत्येक निवडणुकीत एवढ्या मोठ्या फरकाने कसे काय जिंकतात? पाणी, गटार, मीटर नागरपालिकेचं काम फक्त एवढंच आहे आणि तेही पूर्णपणे कोलमडलेलं आहे. लोक प्रश्न विचारू इच्छित नाहीत, त्यांनी शहराची ही अवस्था स्वीकारली आहे कारण त्यांचे आवडते लोक सत्तेत आहेत. याच गोष्टीचा मला राग येतो.
