Still no interest or response from @AerLingus regarding the theft of items from my luggage whilst in their care for the last month. They really don't care about their customers or their belongings, they just want your money. Avoid like the plague!

So, @AerLingus have not bothered to contact me regarding the theft of my property whilst in their care. Please don't travel with these people, they lose your luggage, then rifle through your property looking for valuables before stealing them and then not caring.

@AerLingus so, after asking me for my details and contact number, they ring me on a different number, and leave a voicemail asking me to call them back. on a number which doesn't answer! you couldn't make this up! ive messaged you my number twice, tell them to use it.

@NRPrescott @AerLingus i wouldn't hold your breath. they've pulled down the blinds and are hoping this all goes away. they created a shipping label with @dhlexpressuk a week ago, but they still haven't bothered to hand over my suitcase to them to deliver it!
