@AerLingus The 17th October was 38 days ago, also I don’t appreciate the aggressive tone of this. None of these issues were my doing. I am only trying to reclaim costs I incurred and am still accruing interest on because of you. @Aerlingussteals @BBCWatchdog @SimonCalder

So I did as @AerLingus advised and almost two hours later I’m still waiting for a reply from one of the devoted staff they have there 24/7. @Aerlingussteals @BBCWatchdog

@AerLingus Waited weeks for a reply to a compensation/refund claim. Half of it ignored the other half underpaid. Follow up form ignored. Forms submitted for the rest of our party not acknowledged. Happy to take our money but no duty of care, just contempt. @Aerlingussteals

@AerLingus @aerlinguslostmy @Aerlingussteals My guitar was lost on June 1. It has since been 112 days without any help. Someone from Emerald Airlines found my guitar on July 11 but it was lost by Aer Lingus again when they had to deliver it. Please Help!!!

@AerLingus Hi sorry, no that doesn’t help! Your claims systems only allows 2-3 receipts be uploaded to each claim. My bag has been missing for months, fair to say I’ve needed abit more than 2 shopping trips to Primark 🤦🏼‍♀️ @AerLuggageHelp @Aerlingussteals @aerlinguslostmy

@AerLingus @Aerlingussteals Anybody knows what courier does @AerLingus use ? My suitcase is delivering since two or three days ago but I haven’t it. I need a phone number to ask. Nobody answer in @AerLingus customer suport phone

I've been waiting since July 1 for reimbursement for 5 bags they lost plus reimbursement for items we had to buy while on vacation because we had no luggage the whole time. We never even got an email in response to our claims other than a bot email.

Hey @AerLingus - I submitted two claims for reimbursement over 30 days ago. Where's the money I'm owed? Or, the apology I'm owed? Or, the taking ownership for the poor service you provided I'm owed? @aerlinguslostmy @Aerlingussteals

Dear @AerLingus @Aerlingussteals What is your policy about destroying guitars. The only way this guitar could’ve been punctured is if something tremendously heavy was set on top of it. Anyone would look at a guitar and know that that was a bad idea how are you going to fix this?

So, @AerLingus have not bothered to contact me regarding the theft of my property whilst in their care. Please don't travel with these people, they lose your luggage, then rifle through your property looking for valuables before stealing them and then not caring.

@AerLingus are you going to do anything to help us with recovering our bags? We fly HOME from dublin on Saturday. Can you at the VERY least allow us access to the baggage area so we can look for the bags ourselves? What needs to be done to make this happen? @Aerlingussteals

@jdrodrigues @AerLingus @DublinAirport @Aerlingussteals They are ignoring all our rights! It’s a shame… today my mum’s flight was cancelled, just 2 hours before her flight and re booked in 5 days.. so not enough for have lost her bag, now she can’t come back home.

@jdrodrigues @AerLingus @DublinAirport Have you got any update where your suitcase is? Because in my case, the Indian call Center told me that they had found mine in Dublin and by mistake it was sent back to Canada.. since then they don’t know now where it is.. this is a disgrace @Aerlingussteals

@sheluvs2craft @Rangerworks @Aerlingussteals @AerLingus We return Saturday and to make matters worse my husband has Covid. One of those trips where nothing seems to go right. But @AerLingus could fix their part in this! Respond @AerLingus !!!!

@sheluvs2craft @Aerlingussteals @AerLingus So so frustrating and they could solve this but they won't even respond and people are getting angrier and angrier. We need to get this onto the news or in papers again and again.
