@Shiro_Snep @LeoTheSnep Facts! I still struggle with anxiety and depression really bad but I've lost 118lbs in the last year. I'm slowly working on loving myself, it's hard but I am having forward mixing progress thanks to the gym and eating better.

@LeoTheSnep Start to exercise, it does help and being in shape also improves self image.

I am depressed as fuck of late. I am giving myself 5.5 months to try and get my shit together. If we don’t succeed then i’ll be seeing people soon
