I have one and a 7800 x3d with 64GB of ddr 5 ram and a 5070 ti - and I can plug my ps5 pro into a 4k 144hz monitor and get an absolutely flawless experience, with way less effort than required on a pc. The ps pro even records in 4k whilst you game.

@hard8_times Those exist but are blocked by Sony and Microsoft but they also don't give you god mode, wallhacks for a full aimbot so you can shoot people from across the map. You also can't hack another players account or system with one of those.

@Junksterrr Maybe the thousands part is true but anyone with any basic knowledge in computer hardware will spend very little time on repairs and troubleshooting. Just admit you’re not smart enough for PC gaming and be done with it.

Nobody that's actually PLAYING games with a powerful PC would recommend a console. It's this simple if you can AFFORD a PC you will get a PC but if you can't you'll settle for a console because you have NO CHOICE

@hard8_times No, pc has shimmering, uneven frame time, ghosting, stuttering and screen tearing with frame gen on (unless you force vsync, but stutter persists), smearing etc.
I play on a 5080, so I know that and I know that if you don't see those, you shouldn't play on pc in the 1st place...

Earlier @digitalfoundry did a video on how Capcom turned RT off in sections of Leon's Racoon City area in Resident Evil Requiem on PS5 Pro, due to de-noising (which also affects PC). It appears it may actually be a bug as some report it works again by quitting the game, turning RT off, rebooting the game, then toggling RT off/on again.
