I want to thank the students of Columbia and Barnard who showed up for the Epstein Off Campus protest yesterday. Unfortunately, we were subjected to police state tactics that were designed to keep the crowd to a minimum, and we weren't allowed to even use a megaphone. I wanted to tell the cops that the 3rd Riech was over, but the last time I did that was a very dysphoric experience.

Something that I think has become more pronounced among the current cohort of neoliberals/centrists is a clear disgust for the concept of understanding things. Why did 9/11 happen? October 7th? United CEO murder? Any answer other than "bad people are bad" shatters their world.

This premeditated attack on journalists, carried out over multiple hours with medics and a huge part of the public begging Israel to stop, should really be enough to lock up Netanyahu for life. This is just blatant murder.

She described how an Israeli strike first hit a car ahead of them, killing two civilians, before a second strike targeted their own vehicle, severely injuring Amal. Ms Faraj said she helped her into an empty house, where they lay wounded and terrified, waiting for help. A third Israeli strike then hit the building where they were hiding, collapsing it on top of them. “Amal was gone,” Ms Faraj said. “And I was left alone.” Throughout the ordeal, the journalists made repeated calls for help. But Israel prevented the Lebanese Army and the Lebanese Red Cross from reaching them, informed sources told us.

Chakrabarti is green because he's received $0 from pro-Israel PACs, but Wiener has also received $0 from pro-Israel PACs so they are counting money he got from donors who also donated to pro-Israel PACs but then they don't count donors like that for Chakrabarti.
