I would make the argument that with the new regime, it would benefit us to overperform instead of tanking into oblivion. I think Hafley and JES creating the culture and foundation for this team’s future is far more important than our draft position in 2027.

@KevHarlanEffect Dude always gets bad press. When the average constituents start to feel the economic squeeze though ... that's what could get people to turn on him. I still believe things could be way worse, but in nowadays, people want instant results so that's why he needs to shift gears imo.

@KevHarlanEffect I would honestly take a flyer on someone like Drew Allar or Taylen Green just to have a more competitive QB room. Will be rooting for Malik though. He's a very exciting QB to watch.

@KevHarlanEffect It's very Dolphins to overperform when the public thinks they'll be bottom dwellers lol. I'd say they have to nail at least 3 of their picks within the top 100 though.

I’m higher on the Phins than most this year. As of this moment, I am predicting the over on 4.5 wins, and would not be surprised if they get six. Most players on this roster are playing for their careers, and will be looking to make an impression on Hafley and other coaches around the league. Not to mention, I believe in Malik Willis.
