I'm gonna be honest, I did not get enough electrolytes and today SUCKED. I ended up throwing up during our show today because I was feeling so bad. I legit crashed out after so I broke my fast and I feel SO much better. I learned that I need to get electrolytes & other vitamins MUCH earlier in a fast. Will try again soon.
