A wife should be intimate with her husband even if she's not in the mood when he initiates. Just think of all the things men do for their wives even if they're not really feeling it. Do you think he's really thrilled about going to work every day to pay the bills? Is he enthusiastic about mowing the lawn? Even just going to the mall and walking around and waiting while his wife shops for an hour is more of a burden than having "duty sex", which you can do from the comfort of your own home in 10 minutes.

Video games are a male hobby, the difference is men are fine with you being in their hobby as long as you're not annoying. It's sort of like how make up is a predominantly female hobby/industry. Men aren't bitching that you guys also get 75% market share of every clothing store either, cause we get it. Women buy more clothes than men it makes sense. So many women have decentered men in their lives. They are more independent, exposed, and educated than ever before. Many are consciously refusing to repeat the experiences of older generations of women who suffered under strict patriarchal systems.
The problem is that while many women have changed their expectations, some men are still entering marriage with the same patriarchal ideas they were raised with, even though society has changed. That's where a lot of the conflict begins.
