We live in a constitutional republic, and everything that Trump tries to do has to be passed by a 60 vote majority in the Senate. Currently, the Democrats will not vote for anything that Trump proposes, if he were to offer universal healthcare, they would oppose it, such is their hatred of him and his policies. And yet, he gets up every day and tries to do his best for his country, maligned by the people who hate him, accused of the most heinous crimes by people who have never met him, and yet, he is indefatigable, working 24 hours, 7 days a week for the benefit of the American people.
