On Friday, I took the in-person stage for the first time since COVID hit. I spoke to ~75 franchise owners from around the country on how to use LinkedIn, and social media in general, to develop their relationships with current and potential customers.

I've been doing loads of virtual presentations the last few years, but today is my first in-person speaking gig in over 2 years! Even got a branded tie for the occasion! Can't wait to speak to the awesome folks at @chefs4seniors about stepping up their social media!

My inbox used to cause me a ton of stress. It's the place I talk to clients. But also where I hear from political campaigns, brands, non-profits, journalists and so much more.
