House Democrats tried to move a bipartisan bill today to keep thousands of doctors practicing in Michigan. Yet again, Michigan House Republicans blocked our attempt to take action. The Interstate Medical Licensure Compact allows 8,000 Michigan doctors to practice across state lines. It’s set to expire March 28. We need to pass legislation to renew the compact. Republicans: Stop playing games and start supporting doctors and patients.
