Yep. Trump is over the primary and likes him. For crying out loud, this is all so stupid. Anyone who thinks that performative butt-kissing by opposing the most successful conservative governor in the nation is better overall than actual wins is too idiotic to function.
Just Mindy 🐊@just_mindy

the only Trump aides that hate DeSantis are the ones terrified he may be get a role in the admin and they’d actually have to work and be intellectual because he insists on actual policy wins.

The more I post on this platform, the more I realize that some people live in a constant state of bitterness, jealousy and anger. I’ve seen some people post in this manner for years. It’s not healthy.

SNAP stands for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. Nutrition. Not sugar. The House voted to keep taxpayer dollars funding sugary drinks like soda for SNAP recipients. We voted NO. Taxpayers funding a nutrition program deserve to know those dollars are actually buying nutritious food. SNAP exists to put nutritious food on the table for families who need it, not to subsidize garbage with zero nutritional value and fuel obesity rates. If you want a soda, buy it on your own dime.

@miguelifornia @realDonaldTrump You are correct, he does not currently own a home. He sold his home to move into the governor's mansion. He has the money to buy a home when his term is over. What, are you jealous because he's such a great and beloved governor?

Fact is... DeSantis doesn't even own a house and his term ends in November. His weird fangirls think much more of him than America does. These same losers convinced him he could beat @realDonaldTrump He said dumb shit, had Massie be his surrogate & got smoked easily Cry more

@Villgecrazylady Using fake/manipulated “documents” to slander @RealCandaceO and her husband proves malicious intent. This is pretty disgusting and Candace should sue to be honest. This behavior is unacceptable and shouldn’t go unchecked.

I could see it was probably pushing the envelope for back then and had a relevant “message” but Liza screams, she doesn’t sing imo. I do really like two songs from that movie, but I couldn’t stand to watch her sing them. Bob Fosse’s choreography is good, but I only want to see so many thrusting pelvises before I’m thinking “ok, move along.”

I watched that movie “Cabaret” last night. I’d never seen it, due to my lifelong aversion to Liza Minelli. I know almost everyone thought (thinks) it’s great. However, now I have songs I’m not crazy about stuck in my head, and visions of “jazz hands” everywhere. I found it terribly depressing. And Liza’s mouth makes me CRAZY, it’s very unattractive and twisty turny and weird looking.

Idea: We continue things like WIC, SNAP, and EBT. However, they may only be used at government-run stores. Those stores only provide certain items. Bingo: Illusion of choice is preserved, food choices are limited, and the vast bulk of the money given them flows right back into the program, rather than acting as a backhanded subsidy to certain food producers.

@4nt1p4tt3rn @Yaddelicious Very true. I'm on the camp of if you're genuinely hungry or can't feed your kids, you should only be allowed to buy a narrow band of store brand products like milk, eggs, beans, rice, cheese, and apples. Maybe pork or ground beef once a month.

@RepMikeLevin A) Why didn't Biden get it done? and 2) the construction company that got the contract is the only one that can have it completed in time for the Semiquincentennial, and the hurry-up added costs. This tells us you don't know anything about government contracting.

This is the question worth asking every time a story like this comes out: if there’s no money for your health care, your kids’ schools, or the programs your family depends on, where is it going?      The Trump Administration just paid $17.4 million to fix two decorative fountains outside the White House. Three years ago, the same job was estimated at $3.3 million.       And guess what? The construction company that got the contract is the same one building Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom, and they got it without any competitive bidding whatsoever. The contract wasn’t even posted publicly, as required by federal law.      So how do you get from $3.3 million to $17.4 million? They added 27% for inflation. Then they added another 24% for inflation again. Then they tacked on additional charges that federal contracting experts said they had never seen before in their careers.      And the justification for bypassing the normal bidding process entirely? The fountains needed to be ready for America’s 250th anniversary. It’s worth noting that these fountains haven’t worked for nearly a decade. If the repairs were truly that urgent, why are they only fixing them now, and why are taxpayers footing a surcharge for the rush?      You are paying for this.   nytimes.com/2026/04/25/us/…

Georgia lemme holla at you real quick. I early voted in the primary this week. But over a MILLION Black people in Ga. don’t vote at all. Look at how close the last two governors races were and look how many Black people could’ve helped in those elections. Being Black not voting and not registering to vote is NOT an option. We’re giving elections away in Ga. Not anymore.

I work in conservative advertising for a living. Sponsor and advertiser sales are a great way to genuinely measure the level of popularity and support for a specific movement despite news headlines and the fake polls telling you differently. NEVER have I EVER seen such a bloodbath for pro-war, pro-Zionist show hosts and influencers than I have this last year. One “big” zio-pastor influencer didn’t get a single sale in 6 months for an item that cost $16.99. Zero sales. It’s like nobody is watching. On the other end of be spectrum, Candace Owens sold over $100k of product within 2 hours of her show going live for a product that cost $36. I saw an advertiser offer a $20 Million dollar/year for Tucker (that he turned down). None of this astroturfed support for the Zionist cult is real. It’s all fake. They know it too. Mark Levin and Laura Loomer especially. And the advertiser numbers prove it.
