It’s actually embarrassing for the Premier League clubs when you look at the teams remaining in the Champions League and still see Arsenal in it. A club with no real European history is still parading around in the biggest club competition. Clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City should do better next season. This short-lived Arsenal dominance needs to end. I can’t imagine Mikel Arteta and Arsenal winning the UCL, the noise, bragging, and self-entitlement would be too much to handle.

If there’s any team that can stop Arsenal, it’s Sporting CP. Arsenal haven’t faced a truly decent side up to this point, so an early Champions League exit is now more possible than ever. The losses to Manchester City & Southampton may have caused a psychological blow, creating an element of doubt within the team, and Sporting CP could finish them off. Sporting CP has done it before, they are the favorites to proceed to the UCL semi finals against set piece FC.

If I were Thomas Tuchel, I would never call up Arsenal players who faked injuries to withdraw from the national team. Noni Madueke was the only player who was genuinely injured, while players like Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka clearly faked injuries. The same goes for Martín Zubimendi and Piero Hincapié. Players seem more loyal to their clubs than to their countries.

I can’t believe a kid born in 2010 now sees Arsenal as the club carrying other English teams. It’s shameful to let a mid-table club with zero European trophies be viewed that way. We need to back Sporting CP to eliminate Arsenal in the UCL, they shouldn’t go any further.
