"We see D3 as a stepping stone to D1." We hear this a lot and we get it But D3 isn't a waiting room The athletes who thrive at this level commit to it fully (academically, athletically, socially) Go somewhere bc it's the right fit, not bc you think you'll eventually level up

P4 players who are unhappy with role/playing time … might be a good idea to entertain top mid major conferences too 😌. Going to the same level or an even better team might not improve your playing time or freedom on offense. Just my two cents.
