I grew up in a non-diverse Northern community, knowing zero Jews. Now I’m in the middle of it: Shabbat dinners, synagogue events, Krav Maga, Jewish parties. I’m UK Exec Secretary of Tagar UK (Betar Zionist youth). We build strong, resilient young Jews - and allies like me. Uni showed me pure Jew-hatred, not just “anti-Israel.” That hate is exactly why Israel must exist. Anyone can criticise the Israeli government. This is a REAL horror, as I warned this morning here.  Christians are being slaughtered today in Syria. BAnd there’s damn little outrage by many of the same people pretending Israel targeted the Catholic Church today in the Old City by closing off ALL religious sites for the safety of the public.  The hate for Israel runs deeper than the survival of Christians in Syria with these haters.  There needs to be a massive and immediate movement to protect Christians from Islamists in the Middle East and Africa, and Communist China.

Unpopular opinion perhaps but I don’t dislike what Rosenior did tonight. We stifled them until the very last minute, the plan was clear, to get to 60 minutes until he could bring on his two ‘star’ attackers. Palmer is not right, and Estevao has just flown back to Brazil from a personal issue. I think the fact that Chelsea fans & Rosenior pinned hope on two attackers shows the lack of quality in the rest of the attack. Arsenal were incredibly well drilled, and insane physical monsters. We couldn’t break them down. It is what it is, the harsh reality is they are ahead of us, years of clear planning and squad building and a manger they’ve backed through thick and thin unlike Chelsea, who chop and change even with a young squad which needs stability.
