Football is obviously hard to get right, but it’s glaring obvious when it’s wrong. The project from the start was wrong, managerial appointments have been wrong, recruitment wrong, attitude wrong. This is not hard to see. Fans aren’t stupid, we know what we’re watching.

If we want to return anything like what were (on the pitch) under Roman, and have a chance of attracting top talent, major changes need to happen at every level. Surely, men as successful as our owners can see that.

If you run a football club, one that wants to be highly successful (apparently), you can’t move forward with Robert Sanchez in goal. He has a magic save in him yes, but consistency is the mark of any top level keeper, to which he is not.
