@nodan_anoda I had one for nearly 3 years and drove it for nearly 100,000km. Wonderful cars, 6.6 Twin Turbo V12 that BMW built for the Rolls Royce Ghost, Dawn and I think one other model too.

@Autoweltmedia @NikitaIlsaFaust It’s taken me a long time to buy a E65/66 but I love mine already. Simple 3.0 i6 engine, naturally aspirated and enough power for the chassis without feeling under powered.

BMW 760Li, E65. 431 hp from the N73 V12 in a long-wheelbase flagship. The power is good for the chassis, the electronics and luxuries make the E65 excessive. Peak 2000s excess: absolutely complex where the luxuries and faults never end. BMW iDrive system, hydraulics in the suspension and a very demanding V12 engine that demands excessive money for maintenance and running costs. A V12 in a daily luxury car with more engineering than needed. The iDrive likes to glitch, the hydraulics in the suspension like to leak, the V12 likes to drink fuel, the car is long like a boat and stands out among others for being a bit ugly.

I’ve now done just under 400 miles in the 730Li and not including fuel and tax etc it owes me £1974.95 as I had the Air conditioning Re-Gassed yesterday 🙌 I’ve had many cars in the last year since selling my last & much loved 7 Series but I think this is my favourite by a long stretch already! Ordering a few bits and bobs it needs this weekend to hopefully crack on with next week.

This vehicle was reported to us driving erratically, trying to use flashing amber lights to stop other cars. Our #ANPR team quickly found and seized the vehicle and prosecuted the driver as it had no insurance, was notified off road and the driver had no licence.

@Cryptlowani @eBay_UK @eBay This post has gone insane yet they still haven’t responded in any way as of yet. That speaks volumes.

I’ve had my @eBay_UK account since 2012, 100% positive feedback. Always an honest buyer and seller for all sorts of things over the years. Put a PC component up for sale the other day and a guy offers me my minimum within 3hrs, I agree to sell it and post it the same day as he seemed desperate. I was crystal clear in my description that it was missing one of the original USB-C to USB-A cables as I lost it when I moved house and that a normal cable does the exact same job. Guy messages me demanding I either partially refund him for the ‘Missing’ cable or ‘I can have it back’ once delivered. I suggest he takes it up with eBay as he clearly didn’t read the advert. As you can see below he’s playing the buyer protection system and trying to extort money from me basically. He then puts in a return request for a reason that is completely null and void. I ring eBay and they suggest I accept the return request despite me not being in the wrong, I tell them I will not pander to people like that who are playing the system and would sooner not use their platform anymore. Now my account is under review and all payouts have been put on hold for at least 5 working days 😡 So fuck you @eBay_UK and your ridiculous system that always sides with the buyer regardless of what they say or how blatantly they abuse the system.

@MrTupids @eBay_UK Surely one day, losing all of the decent long term sellers will come back to bite them?

@AutoInfatuation @eBay_UK He has cables on hand that can solve this issue, he’s just trying to steal $10 from you. What a joke.

@AutoInfatuation @eBay_UK I sold a laptop and the buyer ripped out the RAM cards and smashed the screen and sent it back saying it got destroyed in. Luckily eBay were pretty good and refused refund.

@montetakacs @eBay_UK Because it’s essentially extortion and I have never been someone to just give in to be honest.

@AutoInfatuation @eBay_UK EVERYONE knows eBay’s policy is to generally side with the buyers. Most people know this going in. Why not just refund the price of the cable and be done with it? Seems like a lot of fuss over 13.00.

I have an eBay account that I've had for a very long time that haven't used it recently. Used to buy and sell quite a lot with no problems. Went to sell my son's iPad the other day and I couldn't because apparently I have to start off small and build up so the limit was £10 I think. So basically, I couldn't use the service, brilliant 🤦‍♂️

@AutoInfatuation @eBay_UK Thank you for the heads-up! I plan to use @eBay to sell a lot of stuff I no longer want/need when I retire, re-thinking now. Your case makes no sense though, because surely eBay can see your advert & that it said the cable was missing? So why are @eBay not backing you up?! Bad.

@530sta @eBay_UK How do you even begin to deal with an order of that size with a partial refund?

@AutoInfatuation @eBay_UK Sold a job lot of approx 20,000 mixed balloons. Had the seller wanting to send them back, or credit the replacement cost of the missing balloons, because the colour they wanted wasn’t in the job lot. Eventually eBay caved. This was within 5 minutes of the notification of delivery
