Finally: The host claims I didn’t use a vacuum/laundry. There was NO laundry in-unit. I asked how to handle towels, Host replied: "Just leave there is fine." I followed instructions exactly. I am requesting a full reversal of this claim. @elliottadvocacy @Airbnb #AirbnbScam 4/4
