@AirbnbHelp I need help with an open case. I reported a pest issue on my first night, the host acknowledged it and offered Raid and then pest control, but Airbnb denied my refund because I couldn’t photograph the roaches before they disappeared. I’ve now paid for a hotel on top of the Airbnb. My case has stopped receiving responses. Can someone please review it?

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I nearly lost my toes from an improperly installed floating vanity in one of your airbnbs. A 200 plus pound unit was held by a single bracket, and fell off the wall when i leaned on it while brushing my teeth. The vanity landed centimeters away from my toes.
