Shame on you @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp for skirting your insurance responsibilities! Tenants leaving windows open and therefore flooding our apartment is NOT an Act of God! It’s negligence on the part of the tenants. After all the money we paid you this is shameful!!

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I nearly lost my toes from an improperly installed floating vanity in one of your airbnbs. A 200 plus pound unit was held by a single bracket, and fell off the wall when i leaned on it while brushing my teeth. The vanity landed centimeters away from my toes.

However, the place was not properly cleaned even after check-in, so my wife and I spent 4-5 hours a day cleaning for two days. There are ant nests all over the room, and today, bed bugs even appeared and attacked my wife. It is unbearable to stay here any longer. @AirbnbHelp
