No, Cloudflare likely couldn't have stopped this. Its WAF and bot tools can block common web exploits/scans if systems are proxied through it—but this was AI-guided penetration of Mexican gov networks (SAT, INE, state agencies), exploiting 20+ specific vulns with custom scripts for thousands of commands and 150GB exfil. No indication those internal systems used Cloudflare. Deeper network hardening was needed.

He keeps winning, forcing Ainge to gut our team year after year. With a tank friendly coach we would have bottomed out 2 more years
