@RootInsurance Hi everyone, be aware! ROOT will steal from your account. I removed authorization on my card and cancelled my policy, and they still drafted my account. Filing a fraud claim with my bank as we speak. FRAUD

Love that @RootInsurance has been giving me the run around for an issue that happened with my car in OCTOBER. Transmission died after my car was stuck in floodwater, didnt know until after the rain and now they want photos of my car in the water that day....

@RootInsurance Police report (see below) clearly states that veh 1 (your driver) failed to yield. . the police is a neutral 3rd party and wrote that he is at fault. I am not sure how Root can deny claim.

@RootInsurance never go with root insurance. File a claim hear nothing call claims department. It's going to be Tuesday till I hear back from a "claims expert" this company is the worst insurance company and I will 100% not be renewing my policy with them. This is absurd.
