Love that @RootInsurance has been giving me the run around for an issue that happened with my car in OCTOBER. Transmission died after my car was stuck in floodwater, didnt know until after the rain and now they want photos of my car in the water that day....

@RootInsurance Police report (see below) clearly states that veh 1 (your driver) failed to yield. . the police is a neutral 3rd party and wrote that he is at fault. I am not sure how Root can deny claim.

And to top it all off I can't wait for the social media manager to comment their bullshit template as if it's going to change anything. 0/10 company give your money to anyone else. It's worth it even if the policy is more expensive. Root has zero customer service skills.

@RootInsurance never go with root insurance. File a claim hear nothing call claims department. It's going to be Tuesday till I hear back from a "claims expert" this company is the worst insurance company and I will 100% not be renewing my policy with them. This is absurd.
