@Lilslick3a I can't tell you how many times I've opened a stream, gotten an ad, and IMMEDIATELY closed it and went to YouTube.

@Lilslick3a Sad thing is, this will hurt smaller streamers more than help them. Being interrupted at non-intended moments is the fastest way to make new viewers lose interest.

The 'shape' of this feature should be whatever 'shape' fits in your average sized trash can. Twitch used to be a great way for me to enjoy content and community without getting blasted with advertisements. There is no situation where this is anything other than trash.

@taterholic I've seen some stuff come around regarding Monstercat, how they don't DMCA but they also ask that if you're monetized you have a gold acct / membership, or something along those lines. Not sure on the cost, but might be worth looking into?

@Lilslick3a Yeah it looks like I can take it back to any BestBuy and return it. Gotta figure out how that works with the whole no-entering-the-store thing. Just blows my mind that someone at UPS saw this 40 lbs box with a power supply in it and thought to throw it around like a football

Gotta love how well UPS handles heavy and fragile electronics. Banged up so bad the power plug pierced and lodged itself in the plastic and metal case.
