I absolutely love how these look and their amazing fun, but wow, it took so long to make these. Hence the price. One day I'd love to do an entire inflatable tiger suit. Maybe when Ive forgotten how long stripes take ;)

@zndrag0n Never said they were less durable. Your using thick PVC and the welding looks top notch. I am also very aware of how hard it is to anchor the inner layer to the outer one while maintaining the shape and allowing easy inflation. Also: They come with a little bag. Which is neato.

@RubberPaws Yes they are mass produced, but that does not mean they are any less durable. I have made sure to make them with the best construction possible.

@zndrag0n You misunderstand. I absolutely appreciate the amount of work involved in engineering something for mass production. It's not something I could do. Your work deserves every success. You have taken an initial idea and adapted it to something different.

@RubberPaws Im going to have to disagree with this post and here is why; I have been working on these for 2 years to get the inside layer attached all the way around. Also, the print is clearly different. Also, they give a completely different feeling than the latex paws.

At the end of the day, I am merely an idiot artist with the business acumen of a concussed weasel. I'm way more interested in the craft than the cash. And that, as they say, is why I have no money :)

I'm actually surprised it took this long for bopper clones to appear, since the design is so simple and popular. Every oddly familiar vinyl paw and shiny black silicone head that appears is offering this community something at a price point I could never manage.

@RedjhaniLion Good quality rubber is important. I will give Diada a go (in fact i just ordered a sample set) since you've pointed it out, but for now, I will continue with Radical.

@RubberPaws Instead of using radical rubber why not consider using Diada rubber as they are way cheaper at $55 for a 10m roll.
