The ongoing global energy crisis that's primarily driven by the 2026 Iran War has witnessed the largest supply disruption in the history of the global oil market. This sudden spike which saw Brent Crude surge past $120 per barrel this month has mainly been caused by the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, attacks on energy infrastructure such as Ras Laffan gas complex, and market panic and force majeure. Most affected countries have witnessed a sudden increase of pump prices: Spain by 35%, United States by 33%, Canada by 30%, Norway by 23%, and the UK, Germany and France all by 17%. There are also some European countries such as Italy and Ireland that have witnessed prices exceeding €2.5 per liter, prompting their governments to temporarily slash exercise duties to prevent a complete standstill in the transport sector. Our local pump prices have, however, remained constant. We don't seem to appreciate President Ruto enough.

@jumaf3 @AlikoDangote @OpiyoWandayi We need to balance between availability, distance, and cost. The distance between the port of Msa and Jeddah is about 3k km and that between Msa and Lagos is 11k km. If our business with Saudi is sustainable, then that’s the best route.

Aliko Dangote has started exporting fuel... Tanzania is now getting her fuel from @AlikoDangote. Why can't we do the same? 🤔🤔. Why are we not reaching out? Mr. @OpiyoWandayi, why are we not?

@Monty_Hasashi Governance works on the law of large numbers. There’s a very low probability that the majority would join you in your quest. Most Kenyans are tax abiding and therefore, the few non compliant individuals can be identified.

Lakini genuine question, what would happen if ALL of us stopped paying taxes? KRA watafanya nini? Do they have the prisons to fill 30 million Kenyans? I don't think so.

Many kenyans think Israelist are Christians .Let me break it up for you. Judaism being the majority faith (approx. 73.5–74%), followed by Islam (18–18.1%), Christianity (1.9%), and Druze (1.6%). The remaining ~5% includes smaller communities of Samaritans, Baháʼís, and unaffiliated or "other" religious identities
