The challenge that gets you to start running, keeps you running, and changes how you approach life. It’s more than the miles.

nothing happens accident. It takes countless hours of unseen work to get your moment in the sun.

Day 75. A lot of people recognize that number because of challenges like 75 hard, a program built around strict rules and a finish line. And when that finish line comes, a lot of people slowly drift back to the same habits…and the same identity they had before they started. RTD is different. Other challenges test your willpower for a set amount of time. RTD quietly does something more powerful: it changes who you believe you are. And when that identity shifts, it doesn’t stay confined to running — it bleeds into every other area of your life. The discipline, the consistency, the ability to show up when you don’t feel like it… it follows you everywhere. Eventually challenges that once felt extreme start to feel normal, because the person you’ve become through RTD is simply someone who does hard things every day.

The best way to become confident in yourself is to produce a body of work that you're so proud of that all doubt disappears.
