Day 75. A lot of people recognize that number because of challenges like 75 hard, a program built around strict rules and a finish line. And when that finish line comes, a lot of people slowly drift back to the same habits…and the same identity they had before they started.
RTD is different.
Other challenges test your willpower for a set amount of time. RTD quietly does something more powerful: it changes who you believe you are. And when that identity shifts, it doesn’t stay confined to running — it bleeds into every other area of your life. The discipline, the consistency, the ability to show up when you don’t feel like it… it follows you everywhere. Eventually challenges that once felt extreme start to feel normal, because the person you’ve become through RTD is simply someone who does hard things every day.

@HussainIbarra proving it to yourself over and over again is the only way.

@AdamColb_ nothing more to it. you have to make yourself do the work. Start small, compound wins.
English

@livewithnoregrt the sooner you realize this is the only option, the better.

@Listen_Brothers this is it. Start small, compound wins, and the results will come
