Major cheat code in life; Be the one who reaches out. Text first. Call first. Plan first. Initialize first. Most people wait to be chosen. Be the chooser. Connection requires initiative. Friendship requires effort. Love requires action. Stop waiting to be picked. Start picking. Initiative is attractive.

HOW TO COMMAND RESPECT AS A MAN;
1. Never let anyone hear you complain. Your feelings are irrelevant to others; do what needs to be done with a smile on your face.
2. Act with irrational self-belief. It doesn’t matter if others say you can’t, since you know you can. Ignore their opinions; you can do anything.
3. Admit when you are wrong. You don’t know everything. Own up to your mistakes as quickly as possible as it’s the fastest way for you to learn.
4. Progress is made through iteration. If you claim you’re going to do something, hold yourself responsible. Your reputation is your sole asset.
5. Control your emotions. Your emotions cloud your judgment. People will look to you for guidance and leadership. Don’t react; be decisive.
6. Meaningful influence. Most people drift through life. They have no purpose, no direction, and zero intent. Learn their needs, and lead them.

As a man, from age 20 - 35,
1. Spend as little time at home as possible
2. Stake zero emotional investment in things that are yet to come
3. Only drink/party if you have something worth celebrating
4. Legit never be upset about a girl, you can always find someone hotter/cooler
5. Most “friendships” at your age are proximity, not loyalty. Don’t confuse the two until someone proves otherwise
6. Never explain yourself to people who don’t have what you want
7. Go somewhere alone, different city, different country. You don’t know who you actually are until there’s no one around who already decided
8. The men you admire who are ~40 didn’t get there by being reasonable in their 20s
9. Audition, fight, pitch, approach. Shame tolerance is an actual skill
10. If you have a dream, stop at nothing to actualize it. Letting anything get in the way is failure of the highest regard
