Morning has broken at the Runners Workshop Yosemite camp.

Camp just keeps getting better as athletes master the dynamic warm up, adapt to the elevation with their best workout yet, take part in clinics and camp recreation.

Great third day at the Yosemite camp. Run to the waterfall with surges after and some work on starts.

On our way to Bali, stopover in Singapore. Saw this young man - Christian Taylor with his Arcadia shirt. We recognized each other from the Yosemite Runners Workshop camp last summer. We are both heading to Bali and will meet up again at the end of July at Yosemite. Small World!

Stunned to learn today that 99% of classroom teachers in L.A. Unified School District have either received at least one Covid-19 vaccination shot or a medical/religious exemption. Statistically, that’s an amazingly high rate for anything.
