Fantastic day to top off #womenshistorymonth - Tatyana Timoshenko, mother of late Detective Russel Timoshenko is being promoted to IT Security Specialist! The RAOA would like to congratulate and thank Tatyana for her continued and unwavering support for the NYC Police Department!

Congratulations to Captain Vitaliy Zelikov on his retirement. Captain Zelikov will go down in history as one of the first Russian-speaking precinct commanding officers in the history of the NYPD. Congratulations, and best of luck on your retirement!
