@ArbitrageOps In my mind every business takes risk and has loss. When I was doing this more regularly, if something didn't sell or didn't meet my expectations I took a loss and took notes for next time. Completely agree with your point above. Your building relationships and a track record.

Sad to see one of the bigger names in the resale industry pushing this. Return abuse by resellers has done real harm to the industry: - Companies dont provide invoices - Accounts banned more easily - Orders canceled when flagged as a reseller - Reimbursements harder to get - Etc Short term thinking that will lead to short term success but nothing that sticks. You are building long term relationships with your suppliers (this includes giants like Walmart and Costco). Regular returns put strain on that relationship. Burn enough bridges and you wont have any places to source inventory
