@alex_anders It was probably a 50/50 call based on what we saw in the pre-season games, similar to Young. He might get one last chance from some this week but I think I'll be moving him on

@SC__Bandit I’d say so, if the directive is to get it into the hands of Houston. I could see Collingwood start to move Howe more fwd at time. The role is clear for Houston as the +1 off half back. As long as he keeps the monopoly on kickouts he’s a good pick

We can this week focus on the rookies that we missed, which we would have faded due to trading in Milan. Those who held off are able to make cash this week immediately from someone like Watkins, Cook or Blamires. For me, it's probably Watkins who I was fading until this news

@JV_on_X Well he is injured now (which is sucks because he’s been great for WC and I don’t like seeing players from any team get hurt). The logic stands up for players getting dropped or injured.

@SC__Bandit Mate you literally tagged a post about an injury and said “this is why you don’t go early on rookies”. And I’m saying that’s stupid - if he didn’t get injured this would have been a case where you’re rewarded for going early. He wasn’t a drop risk.

@JV_on_X The rule applies to any rookie you didn’t have in your starting side.

@SC__Bandit The flip side is people who took the risk and went early are rewarded and - if not for the injury - would be one step ahead of those who need to trade him in in a week where they would want to correct or start upgrading. The rule is irrelevant when it comes to injuries.
