In an interview Wednesday, Knodl said he had been talking about potentially impeaching Protasiewicz as a county judge, not as a justice. He said he saw no reason to do that now that she will be leaving the Milwaukee court for the high court.

Some news: Today is my last day @journalsentinel. I truly appreciated the opportunity, the friendships and the people I will continue to admire. I even got Kringle (go Racine!) I'll be returning to @WPR where I'll be covering statewide K-12 education. So, still some politics ;)
