🎓🔬 Vincenzo Montanarella, doctoral candidate at #SPM40, took part as a volunteer in the Jornada de la Dona i la Nena en la Ciència at @VHIR_ . With colleagues, he guided children through research labs, highlighting scientists’ daily work and the role of women in science.

🎗️ World Cancer Day The earliest signs of cancer appear at the nanoscale, long before they’re visible under optical microscopes. SPM4.0 uses AI-powered microscopy to detect early cellular changes, supporting future cancer research.

Following the training sessions, the midterm project meeting took place, bringing together doctoral candidates, principal investigators, supervisors, the project manager and the communication officer to review the progress evolution of the project. 🤝
