Just as importantly, conventional large margin static RT does not maintain coverage of the small adaptive margin PTV. Weekly adaptive RT is both more precise AND more accurate for GBM RT.

Team @Sunnybrook just published in the @IJROBP a wonderful secondary dosimetric analysis of the UNITED Trial on MRgRT for #GBM. I think Figure 5 from the manuscript makes a compelling case for change.
